1. Prep it Right
Clean the panel and Tab with 91% isopropyl alcohol
Make sure the panel is not HOT or COLD to the touch
2.APPLY GLUE TO TAB
Make sure you’re using professional PDR hot glue. This glue is called Tequila Fire from Anson PDR
3.Allow Glue time to SET
(This takes different timeframes depending on the glue and conditions) (if you’re a rookie experiment with different times)
4.PULL THE DENT
(In this video I used what’s called a PDR SLIDE HAMMER. But you can use other tools like MINI LIFTERS or Keco K-bar tool)
5. Remove the Tab
Use 91% isopropyl alcohol to release the adhesion from the panel and the tab
6.Knock down what’s High
If you pulled the dent up too far, knock it down with what we call a hammer and “knock down”
7.REPEAT UNTIL FINISHED.
